Our range Terroirs Range
Just like the vine, which draws the water and nutrients necessary for its growth from the terroir on which it is cultivated over several decades, the oak tree feeds on the compounds in the soil where it grows for 50 to 200 years. This is the origin of our forest terroir range.

PRESTIGE SAND AND CLAY
Our Prestige selection offers an exclusive blend of very fine grains sourced from oaks that have grown on clay-sandy soils. With its unique light pink hue and subtle cedar-like aroma, this exceptional wood will bring richness, elegance, and depth to your wines.

HAUTE-FUTAIE LOAM AND CLAY
The Haute Futaie selection is also composed of extra-fine grains, but from a completely different terroir: clay-limestone.
The tasting signature of this selection is purity, precision, and freshness, which are valuable assets for aging wines increasingly impacted by climate change.

PIERRE
The Pierre wood comes from forests growing on the limestone hills and plateaus of Northern Burgundy, specifically from the Chatillonnais/Chablis region, characterized by dry and rocky soils.
Paired with a light, dedicated toasting (CLL+), this wood selection will bring salinity, precision, fruitiness, and elegance to your wines.

CRAIE
Our Craie selection comes from forests in Champagne, near our stave-mill.The chalky subsoil is distinguished by its high water retention capacity.
Combined with a medium-light toasting (LF), this combination provides roundness and length while preserving the aromatic expression of the wines. Perfect for white wines, Champagnes, or red wines intended for short aging.
