TRONÇAIS
FOREST
The legendary Tronçais Forest is considered the most beautiful oak forest in Europe. It showcases the results of the hard work of several generations of foresters. We are constantly captivated by what we find in our clients’ wines: great finesse, power, and beautiful structure on the palate.
FONTAINEBLEAU
FOREST
Located south of Paris, the Fontainebleau forest consists of clay-sandy soils that highlight the rich French forestry heritage through its magnificent oaks. This terroir, with its aromatic potential revealed by a -35 toasting, will bring finesse, elegance, and a silky touch to your wines.
PIERRE
EXCEPTIONNELLE TERROIR
The Pierre terroirs, situated between Champagne and Burgundy, feature poor, dry, rocky soils. Their splitting at the merranderie reveals delicate aromas, and combined with our low-temperature toasting, this selection will add tension, freshness, and reveal the aromatic potential of your wines.
BELLÊME
FOREST
The Bellême state forest, located in Normandy, benefits from a mild climate and silty soils, ideal for growing oaks with extra-fine grains. Paired with the CL toasting, this selection will bring purity, precision, and depth to your white wines.
CRAIE EXCEPTIONNELLE TERROIR
Located at the boundary of Champagne and Burgundy, the chalk terroir boasts abundant water reserves year-round, allowing for steady growth of the trees. We select only the finest grains to ensure unmatched quality in every barrel. Delicacy and length are the hallmark of this selection.
